I found this dress at Love Culture. It has faux leather sleeves and a hoodie attached. Since I’m a tall, it fell a little short on me so I wore a pair of blue jean shorts underneath. I decided to wear a pair of simple, black strapped heels. It’s a street look but the heels make it a bit more refined. I took these pics with my phone so the quality isn’t as clear. Sorries. I decided to wear my hair up so the hoodie would show in the back. Tip: Style your hair last. After you put your outfit together, you can choose the best hairstyle to compliment the look.

FLOWERS AND LACE
I wanted to wear my floral headband so I came up with a look that incorporated it. I thought the lace crop top would compliment it nicely paired with linen shorts. Instead of doing a black shoe, I opted to wear a nude one. I wore this to Twin Peaks – a restaurant like Hooters but a country version and the girls are more naked. I actually liked it more than Hooters. The pulled pork nachos were so bomb!

SOMETHIN’ LIKE ‘LIYAH
My outfit was definitely inspired by Aaliyah. I threw on the pink crop top and wanted to be a bit more covered on the bottom since my top was showing my lady lumps so I wore these boy camo pants. I added a sheer black cover up and my faux Docs. The look is tom boyish but very sexy. That’s one thing I loved about Aaliyah- she mastered that in her style.
